What is the Purpose of This QR Code?
You landed on this page because you likely scanned a QR code on one of my cards. I felt led to create these cards and share them wherever I go as a reminder:
You were created for a purpose.
Your life has meaning. Your story matters. And the world would be different without you in it.
This song was written to encourage you to keep going when life gets hard, to keep believing when doubt creeps in, and to remember that your purpose is greater than your circumstances.
Why I Wrote Purpose
In a world that constantly tells us to compare ourselves to others, it's easy to wonder if what we do really matters.
I wrote "Purpose" as a reminder that every single person was created intentionally. Your value isn't determined by your popularity, your success, your failures, or someone else's opinion of you.
In the middle of every struggle you face, every situation that challenges you, there is a lesson to learn that will help you fulfill your God given purpose in life.
I believe God created each of us with unique gifts, unique experiences, and a unique calling. When we stop trying to be someone else and start embracing who He created us to be, we begin walking in our purpose.
My hope is that this song encourages you to silence the voices of doubt, reject comparison, and step confidently into the life you were created to live.
Because you have a purpose.
The Journey of Purpose
Before its release in July 2025, I teamed up with choreographer David Myers to create a TikTok dance for Purpose. What began as a fun way to promote the song quickly became something much more meaningful.
Everywhere I traveled, I filmed the dance.....in the middle of a redwood forest, on beaches, in cities, on mountaintops, and everywhere in between. Pretty soon, others began joining in too.
The more I shared these videos, the more I realized they were reflecting the message of the song itself:
Purpose isn't limited by where you're from, where you've been, or where you are in life. We all have a unique purpose, and it can be lived out wherever God has placed you.
What started as a dance challenge / marketing campaign, quickly became a visual reminder that purpose can be found all over the map.
